Another classic picture of Blue Ice and Aviation. This is at 10,000′ in the Chugach mountains. You can see the wind picking up the snow, and it was a bit bumpy. The wind was out of the South and I was on the North side of the ridge, so there was a significant downdraft, but I had 5000′ elevation under my skis because of the severe drop off. The view up here never gets old.
