Another beautiful day here in South Central Alaska. You know you live in Alaska when the temperature hits 45 degrees and people are putting on shorts, t-shirts, and sandals, and hanging out on the front porch. You think I’m kidding, but I’m not. 45 feels almost balmy after a long winter and anybody with a brain was out enjoying it. The forecast for today was grim, but the reality left me rather envious of the two skiers I put out on the glacier last night. I took this picture yesterday headed up the Knik Glacier enjoying our beautiful Spring weather.
