I mentioned last night in my post that I love flying low where I can see things happening on the ground. I forgot to mention that I learned this from my Dad. He told us when we were kids that the reason he flew around at 12 feet off the ground trimming the tussocks is because he believes, “it’s safer”. I remember questioning him on his logic because it seemed reasonable to me that more altitude would mean more distance from obstacles, and more time in the event of an emergency. He was quick to remind me that in Matthew 28:20 (King James Version) Jesus specifically says; “…for lo’ I am with you always…” Well, who can argue with that. We got a good laugh out of it, and I still quote it today :o)
