I took this photo of Mike just before landing in a little valley called “one shot” in the Chugach Mountains. We were landing to pick up a couple of Sheep Hunters. When we had dropped-off these hunters on the 7th this lake was was black with down drafts and gusts. When we picked them up yesterday the lake was awesome smooth. We are currently sitting in a fog bank, but all-in-all this hunting season has provided some great flying weather.
