This photo was taken with my handy-dandy little point and shoot Canon. To be totally honest this photo does not do it justice, it was much more beautiful in real life. I was out in Western Alaska, and it was about 1 AM. We had just landed, and I was standing by my Super Cub taking photos of the Sunset. Summer in Alaska is a totally unique and amazing thing. Just a few hundred miles North of this location the sun never set on this day. 24 hours of daylight is enough to play yourself right to death.
