These guys just spent the last 10 days stomping through the Talkeetna Mts. looking for game. We picked them and their guide up this afternoon, and I was thrilled to see they took a nice 9 year old Ram. They were successful on the 4th day of their hunt, but stuck around for another week to hunt bear. The weather was pretty much terrible most of the time, but then again … it is hunting season in Alaska so what do you expect. We have been getting hammered with afternoon torrential downpours and I’ve been real pleased that I am not out sleeping in a tent :o)
