We had a 5 hour slog across Alaska today bucking a 20 mile per hour headwind the whole way. I took this picture of Mike somewhere near Lake Illiamna on our way home. Other than the headwind, it was a great flight, lacking only a good strong cup of coffee. Lake Clark Pass went down to 2 miles vis. for a short distance, but it picked back up to 5 miles by the time we got to the narrows, and Big River Lakes was better than 20. We were gone for 7 days, and it was a great trip with lots of good weather.
