The photo posted yesterday is of this same river structure. Looking at it from this angle makes it look even more like the tentacles from the Lord of the Rings, but I do find the lines fascinating. It’s not an amazing photo but it is unique. I have actually started a collection of “images of earth”. These are photos that show little, or no, sky and focus on natural patterns drawn on the ground and viewed from the air. Here is a neat article sent to me from my high school algebra teacher, and friend, after he saw yesterday’s photo. It’s a description of a cyclamen leaf, and I thought some of you might enjoy it.
