Another Photo of the Day — Good Memories

This was taken a couple of years ago in the Chugach.  I had Mike drop my buddy and I off on an unnamed peak in the Knik drainage.  It was 5000′ vertical feet of virgin powder, and very likely the first time it had ever seen a set of skis.
These last couple of bluebird days have brought back these memories and it’s time to play again.   My childhood friend Andy Miller (on the left) was my ski partner when we were kids… and some things never change.  I talked Mike into making this flight for me in my cub so I could ski … there are certain draw backs to being “the pilot”.  I love to fly, but nothing beats a good powder day.
